My name is Dr. Jordan Odle, I am the owner of Transcend Wellness Chiropractic. Yes, I am a Chiropractor and love it! My focus is always to examen and treat the person as a whole, enabling ones body to have optimal healing. My practice incorporates the structural chiropractic side as well as advanced Nutrition. Given that there are three main things that affect our physiology; Physical, Chemical, and Emotional/Spiritual ailments. I am always taking the potential for all 3 to be a factor in the cause of a patients pain or bodily interferences. My background includes graduating from Palmer West as Salutatorian of my class and gaining an extra 500 hours in Neurology studies and extra 300 hours in Nutrition.
Many of the techniques I incorporate include PDTR(receptor therapy), SOT, cranial manipulation, Neuro Emotional Technique(NET) and the use of physiotherapy tools such as Graston, Cupping, and MRT(muscle release technique). The Receptor therapies are amazing for when the body no longer has a physical trauma but the nervous system has sustained compensating patterns from that injury. An example is a hamstring that is always tight post injury. With the use of PDTR I am able to remove the compensating patterns and restore proper muscle and joint functioning which inherently increases the body’s performance.
Many people do not like to talking about their Emotional or Spiritual well-being but it is such a huge part of who we are and how we connect with the world around us. Extensive scientific research over the past 30 years has confirmed that an emotional/stress expression can elicit changes in neuronal chemistry, neurological, vascular, and muscle tone. Neuro Emotional Technique works on the physiology of the emotional/stress response, affecting the persons physical aberrations and not the emotions themselves.
I have gone through extensive learning outside of school to gain the tools necessary to help as many people as possible. Being able to give individual precision to each persons treatment plan that will always look different than the next. Overall, I seek to help people reach their health goals whether that is to be pain free, have better performance in a sport or help correct their nutritional needs. Transcending Wellness is what I promote and what I get the honor of helping others achieve!

Joanna grew up in athletics, with gymnastics being her sport of choice. After about 9 years in the sport she was a cheerleader for a couple years, then was stuck searching for what to do next. She began coaching gymnastics and found a CrossFit box nearby. She appreciates the variety of CrossFit and the challenge it brings, whether it be learning a new skill or pushing yourself to be better.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from ASU, and during this time coached CrossFit for 4 years. She left her box to continue pursuing her business of being a Fascial Stretch Specialist at Stretch for Strength, and Instructor at Stretch to Win. After taking a year and a half off of coaching she decided to step back in the training space and get her CrossFit Level 2 certification.
She is excited to bring her flexibility and training background to Next Level PHX. She strives to help people gain flexibility, strength, confidence, and achieve new goals
