Drew Girton, founder of Pendulum Fitness, is a career strength and conditioning coach. Under his tutelage, he has played a role in the ascension of no less than five athletes into the National Football League. When he took a long look at the realities of a career in strength and conditioning, it also awakened a calling to the ministry. When a career inside the church didn’t pan out, Drew came back to the world of personal training and eventually began his ministry of sorts inside the walls of his gym, in which through many trials, he’s managed to impact a great many by helping them live their lives in motion!
